The goal of this program is to assist you in obtaining your goals through education, personal and professional growth, by providing you with support and accountability.  

This program includes:

  • Education on successful habits of lead generation

  • Tips on handling objections

  • Weekly communication to offer accountability, support, and encouragement

  • On-site and off-site training events

  • A list of follow-up training and resources

  • On-Call support to assist with getting a client under contract to list and/or purchase residential property

  • Assistance in working with Buyers and Sellers including 

    • Listing properties  

    • Presentations

    • Contract preparation review and questions (Deirdre has 20+ years of teaching contract classes to successful agents)

    • Negotiations

    • Escrow process to closing 

In applying for this program, you agree to participate fully in the process. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Allocating sufficient time for working with buyers, sellers, and lead generation.

  • Participating in and attend required educational classes such as 

    • Ignite, Lead Generation, Contracts, Risk Management, Listing and Disclosure Classes, all Office Meetings, etc.

  • Being held accountable to their goals and to review those goals with their Coach.  

  • Communicating openly and honestly with Deirdre and her staff.  

  • Attending all scheduled meetings, 

  • Following Deirdre’s recommendations

  • Completing activities deemed necessary for your success in a timely manner
