In this video, I explore one of my favorite San Diego restaurants, the lovely, family-run Venezuelan restaurant known as The Congress Cafe. The Congress Cafe is a lovely Venezuelan restaurant located in San Diego's historic Old Town San Diego. It has an amazing ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Bianca, and she was lovely!
